to join our growing Marketing Team and help bring our brand to life through engaging video, imagery, and content.

About The Role
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
As part of the Marketing Team, you will support the company's marketing efforts across B2B, B2C, Employer Branding, and Internal Communications in the UK and Ireland. Your responsibilities will include:
Create and deliver high-quality visual content, including photography, videography, digital assets, motion graphics, and AI-assisted product visualisations.
Produce campaign-specific content, including social media, digital ads, testimonials, installation stories, podcasts, and long-form videos, ensuring it aligns with brand and marketing objectives.
Capture field and case study content across the UK & Ireland to showcase real-world product applications for homeowners and professionals (regular travel required).
Maintain brand consistency across all content, supporting both external marketing campaigns and internal communications.
Contribute to employer branding, recruitment campaigns, and team photography to enhance the company's image and culture.
Support internal teams with tailored marketing materials, presentations, and collateral as required.
Undertake additional projects and tasks as assigned by the Head of Marketing & PR.

Required Criteria
Proven experience in photography and videography, including post - production editing
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator)
Strong skills in digital design, animation and motion graphics
Ability to manage content production from concept to delivery
Able to participate and contribute to a successful, committed and highly motivated team
Able to travel to and from work areas as required and other locations as required
Willingness to travel across the UK and Ireland as required (approximately 20 working days in GB &ROI throughout the year)
Desired Criteria
Marketing experience in construction and/or manufacturing
Drone experience / license
Experience producing social-first video content (TikTok, Reels, Youtube)
Interest in AI tools, visualisation, and interactive content is highly desirable
