The Role

We're on the lookout for a

charismatic livestream host + content creator

to become one of the faces of our TikTok channels. You'll be entertaining, educating, and encouraging viewers to shop - all while building loyal fans who can't wait to watch you go LIVE.

What You'll Be Doing

Livestream Hosting:

Hosting TikTok Shop livestreams both

from home and from our Wokingham office

. Showcasing products, sharing your thoughts, and interacting with viewers in real time. Bringing high energy, fun, and authenticity to every session.
Content Creation:

Filming short-form videos for TikTok - product demos, lifestyle content, trends, and more.
Driving Sales:

Using creative, clever strategies to encourage purchases and boost engagement. Collaborating with the marketing team to suggest new ideas and test fresh approaches.
Light Admin:

Tracking simple data after each live and contributing to weekly reports.

Experience & Requirements

Nice-to-have (but training provided):

Experience in livestreaming, marketing, sales, or customer service.
Must-have:

Big personality - talkative, friendly, confident on camera. Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube. Understanding of trends, basic social media culture, and what makes content entertaining. A suitable space at home andthe flexibility to travel to our Wokingham office for scheduled livestreams and filming sessions. Laptop, good WiFi, and basic tech skills (recording videos, uploading content, simple troubleshooting).

Who You Are

A natural chatterbox with great energy. Comfortable presenting or hosting. Trend-savvy -- you know what's happening on TikTok this week*, not last year.
Fun, creative, and able to think on your feet. A team player who takes direction well. Experience on TikTok LIVE or YouTube is a big bonus.

14-16 per hour + commission*

16-30 hours per week*
