Organic Marketing and TikTok Shop Funnel Manager

Location

: Full time in office (Canary Wharf) with frequent offsite work at the TikTok live stream studio in RM4 1SP

Salary

: 1,800 - 2,100 per month

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Organic Marketing and TikTok Shop Funnel Manager to set up, run, and optimise the complete organic marketing and sales funnel for one of our clients. This role requires strong, hands on experience managing high traffic TikTok Live accounts and a deep understanding of TikTok Shop operations. The ideal candidate will be able to build organic momentum, drive consistent sales, and manage the full funnel from content creation flow to in app purchase conversion.

Key Responsibilities

Build, manage, and optimise a high performance organic marketing funnel specifically for TikTok Shop Oversee daily operations of high traffic TikTok Live accounts including planning, hosting coordination, and performance monitoring Develop and execute organic content strategies designed to drive traffic and maximise TikTok Shop conversions Ensure effective product tagging, catalogue management, and optimised funnel flow within TikTok Shop Analyse live data and ecommerce metrics to improve viewer retention, AOV, and overall sales Coordinate creators, hosts, and content teams to maintain a consistent stream of high performing assets Produce weekly performance reports with insights and recommendations Stay updated on TikTok trends, algorithm shifts, and TikTok Shop best practices Work full time from the Canary Wharf office and attend the RM4 1SP TikTok studio as required

Requirements

High level experience with TikTok Shop management and optimisation Proven track record managing high traffic TikTok Live accounts Strong understanding of organic short form content and UGC strategies Solid ecommerce background with knowledge of conversion driven funnels Data driven approach with the ability to interpret performance metrics and adjust strategy Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with daily live content output

Salary

Salary: 1,800 - 2,100 per month
