Euxton Tiles Supplies Ltd, the regions largest independent supplier of tiles are seeking an experienced and motivated Showroom Sales Consultant to join our retail team at our head office in Chorley. Not only does the store supply tiles across the whole of the north west and beyond but also supply inspirational bathrooms from 4D design to delivery and have a separate Trade Counter fully equipped with adhesives, tools and ancillaries to fulfil every tilers needs.
The successful candidate will be able to inspire customers and build relationships with clients by understanding their needs, and provide solutions that meet their requirements by utilising the team around you. You will have a proven track record of success in sales, a strong understanding of customer service, and the ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to customers demands and needs . You will be self motivated with aspirations to grow with the business.
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new customers.
Provide customer service and support.
Ensure objectives are hit and budgets met and exceeded.
Design and deliver customer bathrooms using virtual world software when fully trained
Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
Maintain a positive attitude and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate knowledge of products and services.
Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Work with other departments to ensure a smooth operation from quote to aftercare.
Experience/Knowledge:
Proven track record in sales.
Bathroom-Tile sales preferable.
Experience in Virtual World design software desired but full training can be given.
Computer literate including CRM and WMS systems.
Passionate, self driven with a can do attitude.
Knowledge of showroom displays and marketing advantageous.
Euxton Tiles Supplies are constantly growing, currently with 2 of its own branches, and as part of a group have 2 other businesses which altogether make up 3 retail and trade stores, 3 warehouses, 2 of which are distribution hubs supplying the whole of the UK with internal and external tiles and adhesives, we believe that progression and development of hard working and driven individuals is a key part in our growth.
