Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement:
Greet and guide showroom visitors, converting enquiries into appointments and sales.
Consultative Selling:
Identify client needs and recommend tailored, stylish, and functional solutions.
Design & Planning:
Conduct home visits for measurements.
Provide expert design consultations.
Create 3D plans using Virtual Worlds software.
Quoting & Presenting:
Prepare accurate quotes (EQ software) and deliver compelling design presentations.
Trade Relationships:
Build lasting partnerships with plumbers, developers, and trade professionals.
Operational Support:
Coordinate product orders and logistics.
Report on KPIs and sales pipeline activity.
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in bathroom or interiors sales (design skills a plus).
Strong customer focus with a consultative approach.
Proficiency in design software (Virtual World preferred).
Excellent communication, organisation, and commercial awareness.
Full UK driving licence (for site visits).
