Starel Stones is a rapidly growing, family-owned luxury bathroom and natural stone supplier. We supply high-end stone products to retail and trade customers across the UK and Europe.
The Role
We're looking for a motivated and personable Sales Representative to join our busy customer service team. You will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our showroom, helping them select from our range of premium natural stone tiles, mosaics, and bathroom features.
Key Responsibilities
Assist and advise customers via email, phone, and in person
Generate quotations and process customer orders
Arrange and coordinate deliveries with clients and our logistics team
Develop and maintain relationships with kitchen, bathroom, and development companies (B2B sales)
Follow up on enquiries and leads to maximise sales opportunities
About You
Previous experience in sales or showroom-based roles preferred
Knowledge of natural stone, tiling, or bathroom design is an advantage (full training provided)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident using email, quoting systems, and social media
Professional, reliable, and positive attitude
