Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service as first point of contact
- Take orders over the phone or face to face, ensuring orders are taken correctly
- Communicate with customers effectively ensuring correct collection orders are given
- First point of contact for dine in customers - ensure 1st stage for dining in customers are forfilled
- Record Delivery Amounts
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic tasks
- Replenish and restocking
-Basic cleaning duties
Skills:
- Excellent math skills: Ability to perform simple calculations
- Upselling: Ability to identify opportunities to promote additional products or services to customers
- Excellent communication skills: Clear and concise verbal and written communication abilities
- Phone etiquette: Polite and professional phone manner when interacting with customers or clients
- Organizational skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge: knowledge of caribbean food is a bonus but not compulsory
