We are seeking a skilled Till Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our processes, providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Operate in-house software for sales. Engage with customers via phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and professionalism. Sell products and services effectively. Communicate clearly with team members and customers, ensuring all queries are addressed promptly.
Qualifications
Speak English Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A positive attitude.
