Role Overview

White Cedar Plumbing & Construction is expanding our renovation and new-build division across London.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tiler to deliver high-quality work on luxury bathrooms, kitchens, commercial spaces, and full refurbishments.

We work with high-end developers, investors, and homeowners -- finishing quality must be premium.

Key Responsibilities

Install all types of tiles: porcelain, ceramic, marble, mosaic, large-format slabs, metro, herringbone, etc.

Prepare surfaces: self-levelling, tanking, waterproofing, boarding, and ply installation

Cut and shape tiles using appropriate tools (wet saw, grinder, tile cutter)

Grouting, silicone sealing, and finishing to a high professional standard

Remove old tiles, repair substrates, and complete surface prep

Work closely with plumbers, electricians, and site supervisors on renovation projects

Ensure accuracy with measurements, levels, and layout planning

Maintain clean, safe working areas and follow all construction site regulations

Requirements

Minimum 3 years professional tiling experience

Strong portfolio of completed projects

Ability to install large-format tiles is a major advantage

Must have own tools and transport

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Good communication with clients and project managers
