Job Summary
We are seeking
four experienced Carpenters
to join our modular build installation teams. This role is ideal for skilled tradespeople who take pride in their work, have a

You'll be installing modular timber classrooms on school sites, delivering high-quality results under time-sensitive schedules. This role includes
both first and second fix carpentry
, and requires precision, professionalism, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
Install timber ring beams, floor joists, and stud walls
Assemble roof structures and Posi Beams ready for roof finishes
Fit external UPVC windows and doors
Install timber or composite external cladding
Complete second fix carpentry to a high standard
Internal finishes
Interpret and work from technical drawings
Ensure work meets high standards of quality, safety, and accuracy
Requirements
Proven experience in carpentry and timber frame construction
Strong second fix skills with excellent attention to detail
Able to work efficiently without compromising safety or quality
Full UK driving licence (required)
CSCS card (preferred)
Physically fit and comfortable working on active school sites
Enhanced DBS check or willingness to apply (required for working in schools)
Willingness to travel within the North West and occasionally stay overnight when needed
