Eavoak is an established local supplier of bespoke traditional oak framed buildings and garages. We offer a full design, planning and construction service to our high end clients across Surrey, Wiltshire, Hampshire and West Sussex.
A rewarding and interesting opportunity for an experienced architectural technician with good planning knowledge. Join the small friendly in team in assisting the sales team in the design and planning process for our clients. There is an opportunity to grow with the company on a flexible working basis.
Applicants should be within 1-2 hours drive time from Eavoak office. Working remotely is an option
Responsibilities
Attend site with our sales designer to draw up plans In house construction drawings Planning drawings Building Regs drawings Working closely with the in house sales team
Skills and Experience
Experience architectural technician
Some building regs knowledge Comfortable working in a small team environment Enthusiasm and interest in traditional timber buildings Flexible working hours Hourly rate negotiable depending on specific job involvement Milage and travel expenses covered.Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Freelance
