What will be my core responsibilities?

Review of Timesheets mailbox for new timesheets to be processed Chase engineers for non-submitted timesheets Obtain approval of submitted timesheets with relevant account managers Cross reference new engineers on new staff spreadsheet Check information on the spreadsheet to ensure accuracy against job numbers, times, sites etc. Update timesheet tracker with each timesheet progress (i.e. listing as checked) Check mileage of each timesheet and cross reference with the timesheet tracker Ensure internal spreadsheets are kept up to date with real time information Post the timesheets into internal systems for each job attended by an engineer.to allow for successful billing.

What skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role?

A customer-focused attitude and willingness to problem solve and help. Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy of data for payroll. Happy and able to work at pace and be flexible to respond to changing priorities. Excellent organisational skill with the ability to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a high level of ability in Excel to include Pivot Tables, V Look Ups, Sumifs Professional and friendly communication style A collaborative approach to contribute to team success
