About the Role

This is a mixed role combining

tipper driving

with

general labouring duties

on construction sites. You'll be a key part of our operations, ensuring materials are transported safely and efficiently while supporting site teams when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate tipper vehicles to transport materials to and from sites Plan routes efficiently to meet delivery schedules and optimise fuel consumption Load and unload goods, ensuring items are secured properly during transit Assist with general labouring duties, including site preparation, manual handling, and supporting trades Carry out vehicle checks and report any issues Follow all site safety procedures Work collaboratively with the team to keep projects running smoothly

Requirements

Valid UK driving licence Previous experience as a tipper driver preferred but not essential Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and clients Experience operating flatbed lorries or similar vehicles is desirable CSCS card desirable but not essential Good work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude Willingness to undertake labouring duties as required Experience as a labourer beneficial but not essential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 16.00-18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
