Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tyre Fitter / Alloy wheel technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of tyres on various vehicles, ensuring safety and performance standards are met.

Responsibilities

Perform tyre fitting, repairs, and rotations on a variety of vehicles. Inspect tyres for wear and damage, recommending replacements as necessary. Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently. Maintain a clean and organised work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Assist customers with inquiries regarding tyre selection, maintenance, and care. Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment and tools to ensure proper functioning. Lift heavy tyres and equipment safely, adhering to all safety protocols.

Skills

Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools related to tyre servicing. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot common issues. Capable of heavy lifting, with the physical stamina to perform demanding tasks throughout the day. Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs. Ability to maintain high standards of work quality while adhering to safety regulations.

Pay: 25,000.00-26,500.00 per year
