Tissue Viability Quality Governance Facilitator
Job Description
You will be required to deliver data on education delivery across the organisation and compliance to training as well as highlighting any trends in acquired pressure ulcers within services and teams that requires targeted action planning or sharing of best practice for improvement. You will be required to use data to drive organisation wide improvement. The post holder will be actively involved in the patient safety incident response process across the organisation for Tissue Viability and will be responsible for action planning and supporting teams to deliver actions required in line with continuous improvement processes.
