About the Role

The UK TK-Liner Operator is responsible for the preparation, setup, and operation of TK-Lining equipment to process customer-supplied tubulars in accordance with GRE-Line specifications. This role ensures adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards, carries out routine equipment maintenance, and supports quality and operational excellence within the TK-Liner department.

Key Responsibilities

Operate TK-Lining equipment in accordance with work orders and standard procedures Process customer goods per relevant Standard/Local Operating Procedure Manuals for TK-Lining disciplines Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace organization Report equipment failures or damage promptly Perform routine maintenance of equipment Comply with all HSE standards and company procedures Carry out additional tasks as required, provided training and competency requirements are met

Qualifications & Skills

Valid certifications in Manual Handling, Abrasive Wheels, Face Fit Testing, and other mandatory HSE training Familiarity with QMS orientation and LOP TA 17-001 to LOP TA 17-013 Ability to understand and follow Standard Operating Procedures Colour Vision and Visual Acuity assessments Serial Number recording and Pipe Counting competency

Interpersonal Skills

Team-oriented with strong communication skills Safety-conscious and attentive to detail Willingness to support peers and participate in on-the-job training initiatives
