About the Role

As Toddler Room Leader, you will:

Take the lead in our toddler room, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children aged 2-3 years. Support, guide, and inspire your team to deliver high-quality care and education. Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS. Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Monitor and support children's development, keeping accurate observations and records.

About You

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

A full and relevant Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification. Experience working with toddlers in a nursery or childcare setting. Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements. Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. A nurturing, positive, and proactive attitude.
