Responsibilities:
-Lead a team and work closely with management
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum for young children
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child
- Monitor and assess children's progress and development
- Collaborate with parents and communicate regularly about their child's progress
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a level 3 BTEC national diploma or equivalent in early childhood education required
-Leadership experience
- Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children
