Injection Mould Toolmaker
Wellingborough | Full-time, permanent
What you'll do
Produce, assemble and maintain high-precision injection-mould tools from initial concept through to completion Program, set and operate CNC mills, lathes and EDM machinery, then switch confidently to manual mills, lathes and grinders for fine adjustments Perform routine servicing and fast-turnaround repairs to keep tools operating at their best Work to detailed technical drawings and tight tolerances--aiming for first-off, right-off quality every time
What you need
Demonstrated toolmaking experience within injection-mould environments Competent CNC programming/setting (Fanuc or similar) and strong manual machining abilities Exceptional attention to detail with a logical, problem-solving approach Ability to interpret complex drawings and deliver accurate work independently
