Job Description

Key Responsibilities :Manufacture components to precise specifications using conventional turning, milling, CNC Milling, EDM, and Cutter Grinder equipment (training provided where needed). Program, set, and operate EDM wire erosion machines. Competent in using CAD / CAM (training provided where needed). Competent in machining using CAD / CAM(training provided where needed). Read and interpret engineering drawings, including GD&T standards. Ensure components meet exacting tolerances and quality standards. Liaise closely with Toolroom team members and support cross-functional collaboration. Maintain machinery, equipment, and tooling in proper working order. Assist in training staff, including apprentices and trainees. Support other manufacturing areas when required to meet production demands. Participate in Kaizen and GEAR activities, promoting continuous improvement. Follow all departmental and general procedures as outlined in the Level III Procedure Manual. Perform other duties as assigned. Provide manufacturing-related management reporting for analysis when required.

Compliance and StandardsWork in compliance with IATF16949, ISO14001, and ISO45001 standards. Adhere to company policies and procedures as stated in the Employee Handbook. Stop any process where quality or safety issues are identified.
