The successful applicant will be employed by CSRM Outsourcing Limited who are a resource management company with a long term agreement to provide resource at five Jaguar Land Rover Experience, (JLRE), centres.

JLRE Solihull is part of the Global JLRE Venues program, incorporating Eastnor, Solihull, Liverpool, and Fen End. JLRE Venues are a Global function promoting customer experiences in the Jaguar and Land Rover brand.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for customer tour experiences at the Jaguar Land Rover owned or run venues in accordance with Experience standards. The position is primarily working within the JLRE Venue delivery team, providing the delivery of thoroughly professional, enjoyable, compelling, entertaining and educational Experiences to the Centre's guests.

Full-time role working five days a week.

As a Tour Guide:

Delivery of personal guest tours

Qualifying the guests requirement and expectation prior to the tour

Providing appropriate safety instructions as required during the tour

Providing educational insights for visitors and answering guest questions

Story-telling to provide entertainment and depth to the experience

Maintaining control of the tour group and following prescribed instructions / routes

Demonstrating a passion for the brands and for JLRs manufacturing excellence

To model JLR business behaviours and appearance

To maintain a good working relationship with manufacturing / engineering / design

Hosting VIP tour guests at the venue when required

Measures of successful achievement of the role

Guest satisfaction

Staff satisfaction - good team player

Experience relationships (Plant, Internal and External Clients)

Operational efficiency (utilisation rates of tours)

Skills, experience and qualifications required

Customer First manner and style

An excellent understanding of manufacturing production processes

Outstanding communications skills verbal and written

Ability to work alongside functional teams and assist others as a local fact holder

Enthusiasm, drive, commitment, the confidence to achieve goals

Good organisation and planning skills

Passionate about guest satisfaction. Ideally, you will have proven experience within a similar environment. Multilingual an advantage

Requirement to drive a minibus

Holds a full UK Drivers licence and have done so for the last three years. Have not been convicted of any offence involving dangerous driving; know of no circumstances which would disqualify one from driving. The seven core competencies identified as important to the role are continually met.
