Job Summary:

Full time position.

32 hours a week. Working days Wednesday to Saturday.

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Tour Guide / Visitor Centre Assistant to join our team at our Llandudno distillery on a permanent basis.

As a Tour Guide, you will be responsible for leading visitors on our distillery tours, explaining how we make our award-winning range of Welsh products and assisting with the day to day running of our visitor centre shop. All training will be provided and you will start in our shop before progressing to tours.

Duties:
- Lead tours for individuals or groups, ensuring an enjoyable and educational experience.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of tour guests.
- Answer questions from tour guests and provide assistance as needed.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all time.

- Assisting with the day to day running of our visitor centre and the retail side of the business. Serving customers at our till point and dealing with stock for the shop.

Experience:
Ideally you will have the following skills: outgoing personality with retail customer service experience; computer literacy and a good telephone manner; flexibility with working hours (rota and sickness / holiday cover, bank holidays etc., extra hours as required).

Welsh/French/German speakers desirable but not essential.

Must be able to work Wednesday to Saturday and be aged over 18 years.

Pay: From 12.36 per hour
