Make a difference as a Tour Support Assistant



In this role, you'll provide essential administrative support to keep our tours running smoothly. You'll be responsible for accurately processing travel documentation, managing customer bookings, and handling post-travel requirements with care and precision. From the moment a booking is confirmed to the final follow-up, you'll ensure every detail is clear, accurate, and delivered on time.

Previous admin experience? Perfect - that's a great start! Love communicating? We're looking for someone with clear, confident verbal and written skills. Super organised? You'll need to keep lots of plates spinning and manage tasks like a pro. Big on customer service? If you're passionate about making people happy and flexible to meet their needs, you'll fit right in.
