We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and be proficient in various office software applications. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing admin support to staff, a warm welcome to our visitors and maintaining efficient office processes.
Responsibilities
Manage incoming telephone calls and emails, ensuring professional communication.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
Maintain an organised system for both electronic and paper documents.
Provide clerical support including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, booking transport and accommodation.
Maintaining office equipment and supplies, ordering stationery, hampers, gifts, tea and coffee etc
Managing external contractors / contracts.
Support the team with various administrative tasks as required to enhance productivity.
Requirements
Proven experience in a senior administrative role or similar position.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ideally Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Familiarity with general office equipment and procedures.
