Job Description

Will's Toy Shop & Gaming Space is looking for a new team member to join our friendly, family-run business. If you love

Trading Card Games (TCGs)

and enjoy working with people of all ages, this could be the role for you!

What we're looking for:

A genuine interest in

Trading Card Games

. Confident working with both

adults and children

, as part of a team or independently. Over 18, with flexible availability. Willing to undertake and pass a

background check / PVG

(having one already is an advantage). Hours & Availability:

1-2 shifts per week

. Flexibility to cover

holiday shifts

when needed Business hours: Monday-Friday: 9:00am - 9:00pm Saturday: 9:00am - closing time varies Sunday: 10:30am - 4:00pm
Skills we value:

Strong communication and people skills. Willingness to learn and develop. Reliable, adaptable, and customer-focused.
Experience that's a bonus:

Till operation and cash handling. Understanding of

TCGs

. Retail or customer service experience. Answering phone enquiries. Responding to social media messages.
Interview process:

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a

basic skills assessment

and a

practical demo task

.
