Working in partnership with other internal account managers, you will play a crucial role in continuing the rapid growth of YGP by building and maintaining relationships with our partners. Using these relationships for tendering gas and electricity supplies of business customers. This will be done through working with your YGP Partners who you will have regular telephone, email and occasional face to face contact within order to maximise the number of sales.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Deliver personal and team sales targets.
Negotiate gas and electricity supply contracts with partners and customers
Manage and develop new and existing TPI partnerships to increase new business. Including managing engagement through telephone and face to face meetings.
Managing a renewal portfolio for your partners
Proactively develop and improve propositions with our partners.
Achieve excellence through delivery of market leading customer service.
Supporting back-office functions in providing aftersales support and customer care.
Production of bespoke sales quotations and tenders for TPI's and processing of all sales contracts
Understand TPI performance - Live rate, consumption, debt, etc.
Deliver sales plans and provide information into monthly reporting.
To ensure that all contractual paperwork is completed in a timely manner.
