Role: Tractor Driver
Location: - Tonbridge
Salary: \xc2\xa325,384.61 per annum

Are you an experienced tractor driver looking for a rewarding opportunity? We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated tractor driver to join our team.

The Role

The post holder will be self-motivated and able to demonstrate knowledge of, and consideration towards, health and safety and safe work practices. Any equipment provided \xe2\x80\x93 including a tractor and any fixtures \xe2\x80\x93 is the responsibility of the driver and must be thoroughly assessed and maintained as part of this role (not including servicing and repairs).

A current, clean driving licence and full DBS check (provided by the Company) is required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a tractor driver or farm equipment operator.
• Proficient in operating tractors and farm machinery
• Familiarity with agricultural practices and safety procedures.
• Strong solid stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Caring for, inspecting, and maintaining machinery to manufacturers specified recommendations, always ensuring the equipment is safe and correct for use.
• Completing all paperwork, forms, health and safety inspections and on-site preparations in a competent and efficient manner, to comply with contractual, company and/or legislative requirements. This includes vehicle policies.
• Organising activities, work delivery and resources to deliver the client\xe2\x80\x99s requirements in an efficient and cost-effective way, whilst also considering differing site usage, safety, special requirements and wider service delivery.
• Regularly liaising with customers and resolving any concerns, difficulties, or issues, reporting problems and actioning instructions as required and ensuring Landscape Services is represented professionally and in accordance with good customer care.

• Noisy working environment (above 80d)
• Repetitive limb movements
• Working with machinery (including reports of vibration hazards)
• Working with chemicals (Inc. requirement to wear latex gloves and Inc. work with CO2 or N2 gasses)

• Working at height
• Prolonged physical/manual work/manual handling (Inc. human beings)
• Exposure to animals
• Vocational driving on- and off-site (includes use of cars, vans, ride-on mowers, buggies and tractors.)
• Prolonged weather hazard exposure \xe2\x80\x93 wind/rain/snow/pollen/UV/sun
