About Us
South Wales Sports Grounds Ltd (SWSG) has been building and renovating sports pitches since 1964. We're proud of our reputation for quality and reliability, working with local authorities, universities, grassroots clubs, and some of the biggest names in football and rugby.
We're a family-run business with strong values. Our growth over the past few years has opened up new opportunities, and we're ambitious to keep expanding--especially in our natural turf and renovation division. That means we're looking for people who want more than "just a job." If you're keen to learn, progress, and be part of a team that values hard work and loyalty, we'd like to hear from you.
Why Join Us?

Family-run values.
We look after our people and take pride in working together as a team.
