About Us
South Wales Sports Grounds Ltd (SWSG) has been building and renovating sports pitches since 1964. We're proud of our reputation for quality and reliability, working with local authorities, universities, grassroots clubs, and some of the biggest names in football and rugby.
We're a family-run business with strong values. Our growth over the past few years has opened up new opportunities, and we're ambitious to keep expanding--especially in our natural turf and renovation division. That means we're looking for people who want more than "just a job." If you're keen to lead, progress, and be part of a team that values hard work and loyalty, we'd like to hear from you.
Why Join Us?
We promote from within.
Many of our supervisors and managers started out on the tools. If you show commitment and leadership, we'll support you with training and development to help you move up.
Real progression.
As we grow, new roles and responsibilities are opening up--this is a chance to build a long-term career, not just a short-term job.
Family-run values.
We look after our people and take pride in working together as a team.
