Starting at 25,000 with structured pay rises (up to 28,000 in year one)

Trade Account Manager

to strengthen our sales team and help drive further growth.

The Role



As part of the sales team, you will:

Manage and develop a portfolio of trade accounts. Make proactive outbound B2B calls to generate new opportunities. Use our CRM to track pipelines and customer activity. Collaborate with the Sales Manager to deliver targets and build long-term client partnerships. Build product expertise across our specialist range, which includes sealants, glazing tools, membranes, and other construction consumables.

What We're Looking For



Experience:

At least two years in telesales, business development, or account management.

Skills:

Confident communicator, strong negotiator, and relationship builder.

Tech-Savvy:

Competence with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

Advantageous:

Familiarity with construction products or eCommerce environments.

Recruitment Process



First Interview (approx. 1 hour):

Review of experience, IT skills, and industry knowledge. Assessment of ambition, motivation, and drive.

Second Stage:

Practical sales exercise and a career-focused discussion, including KPI-linked pay progression.
