Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a high-performing, driven, and self-motivated Trade Account Manager to join our rapidly expanding team at a pivotal time of company growth.

Reporting into the Head of Operations, this role is perfect for someone with a passion for interiors, furniture and a strong background in B2B sales--ideally within the furniture or hospitality furnishings sector.

Key responsibilities:



Proactively develop, grow, and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective trade, corporate and B2B clients Identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple channels, including social media, email outreach, and industry networking Build and nurture trusted relationships with prospective and existing customers, managing their account activity from onboarding to sale completion. Accurately identify customer types and tailor outreach strategies accordingly Represent and promote the Rowen Homes brand to build a strong industry reputation Implement and develop efficient and robust processes for carrying out trade related purchases and transactions Collaborate closely with the internal sales and marketing teams to maximise opportunities and streamline client conversion Manage the end to end order to delivery process for the trade customer base, including order placement, margin awareness and supplier/delivery management.
The ideal candidate will be:

Experienced in business-to-business sales, particularly within furniture, home furnishings, or a related industry Capable of independently generating new lines of enquiry and turning them into profitable relationships Skilled at customer identification and segmentation Proficient in using multiple lead generation channels, including social media platforms Commercially minded, results-driven, and used to delivering against key KPI's and targets such as sales growth, retention and margin A confident, resilient negotiator and communicator Comfortable presenting data, proposals, and communicating in trade show environments Positive, intuitive, and proactive in their approach Strong systems knowledge and technical capability
