Job Overview:
We are seeking a Trade Assistant to join our team. Stevly Windows are a specialist merchant in supplying Fascia, Soffit, Rainwater, PVC windows and Doors. We have a built a strong reputation for offering great customer service.

The job role will include dealing with customers over the trade counter and on the phone.

The role will be a combination of Trade counter work / Warehousing / Delivery Driving From time to time. All of these roles are important to maintaining the high levels of customer service our customer have come to expect.

The Role will initially start with the warehouse.

Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and making outbound call.
- Communicating with clients and suppliers in a professional manner
- Organising trade documentation and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting in selling trade products

Experience:
- Ideally have a background in the UPVC Trade counters / or trade counters
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent time management abilities
- Previous experience in a trade-related role is advantageous

The Position does offer the chance for good personal development and training can / will be provided. We have a small team which does mean that on occasions job roles do vary from time to time. you mist be available to work alternative Saturdays 8 to 12pm.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 41.5 per week
