To support the Trade Counter Manager in the day to day running of the trade counter. Dealing with customers and suppliers; both face to face and over the telephone. They will contribute to the trade counter achieving identified sales targets and other specified KPIs.
Will deputise for Trade Counter Manager when required.
Key Expectations:
To deliver a great service to your trade customers, answering queries, building relationships and resolving any issues
Will ensure that customers are served efficiently and correctly
Can support the Trade Counter Manager in growing sales
Can process and fulfil orders received in the counter and those received via email or phone, using our inhouse computer system; full training will be provided
Will ensure that stock levels are maintained in the counter and that it is clean, tidy and safe at all times
Will undertake warehouse duties that may include, but not limited to, stock checks, placing stock orders and assisting customers with their orders, loading vans etc
Can receive Goods In and maintain and professional and courteous relationship with delivery drivers
Will ensure that the warehouse is clean, tidy and safe at all times
Will assume keyholder responsibility in the absence of the Trade Counter Manager
Will revert to warehouse duties when not in the trade counter and will receive all relevant training.

Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year
