We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trade Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a knack for merchandising, ensuring that our products are presented effectively to enhance customer experience. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage time efficiently while providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

Assist in the organising of products, ensuring displays are attractive and well-stocked. Engage with customers to provide information about products and services, utilising upselling techniques where appropriate. Maintain an organised workspace, ensuring all materials and products are easily accessible. Communicate effectively with manager and customers, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Perform basic mathematical calculations for inventory management and sales reporting. Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and assist with various tasks as needed. Support bilingual customers by providing assistance in English and Spanish when required.

Must have clean full UK driving license and feel comfortable operating delivery vans.

Experience

: Previous warehouse or storeman experience preferred, but not required
