Job Description

As the Trade Counter Manager you will manage and develop the Stockport branch. This role is critical in ensuring the effective management of the trade counter, driving sales, maintaining high levels of customer service, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Counter. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the Heating, Plumbing & Bathroom Industry and a passion for delivering high-quality products and services.

THE ROLE:



Heating System, Plumbing and Bathroom experince is important to enable you to provide guidance to members of staff. Manage and give guidance to members of team to ensure that they are providing the best customer service experience. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential new customers EG: Local Fitters. Negotiating, onboarding new business and developing sales opportunities Answer customer queries, process quotes & orders, goods in/out and ensure that the branch standards and operations are maintained at all times. Drive sales and profitability by achieving sales targets and KPIs. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and suppliers. Weekly Stock Control.

THE PERSON:



Industry experience is required. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Must be able to build and maintain strong relationships both internal and external. Experience within a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, Branch Manager, Trade Branch Manager, Customer Service Advisor or similar. Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement business plans. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

We are offering a very competitive/Market Leading salary for this role:

Basic Salary 28,000 to 37,500 depending on experience, with Monthy/Quarterly performance Bonus OTE: ,40,000 to 50,000

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 28,000.00-37,500.00 per year
