Summary

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Trade Counter Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. You'll be the face of both Pyramid Steel & Rent Free Gas, serving customers in person and over the phone, processing orders, offering product advice and helping to maintain a smooth day-to-day operation.

Responsibilities

Serve customers at the Trade Counter in a professional and friendly manner. Manage phone communications with clients, ensuring professional etiquette at all times. Support upselling initiatives by providing product information to customers. Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of products and services. Utilise basic maths skills for pricing calculations and inventory management.

Requirements

Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Proven experience in customer service or sales support roles is preferred. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills. Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Basic maths proficiency for handling pricing and inventory tasks. Effective time management skills to meet deadlines.

Pay: 12.21 per hour
