Job Description
BHC is one of the UK's leading Structural Steel Fabrication and Construction companies supplying and erecting fabricated steel nationwide within the UK and Ireland.
We currently have a vacancy for a Trade Counter Sales Assistant at our Builders Merchant's based in Carnwath.
Duties will include-:
Serving customers and building strong relationships. Liaising with Suppliers Handling external sales enquiries at the counter, email or telephone. Inbound and outbound calls to clients and customers Providing customers with quotation advice Acquiring new business through generating leads and tele sales Picking customer orders Effectively working in a team and independently when required. Stock Control Merchandising in showroom
The successful candidate will have experience in a trade counter role within a builder's merchant or similar, and a good product knowledge within the building industry.
Must have excellent computer and customer service skills, with a polite and friendly manner.
Applications are invited from self-motivated individuals, who has an eye for detail, and excellent communication skills. A driving licence would be advantageous.
