Our Yate branch is seeking a Trade Counter Salesperson to join our successful team.


This is an ideal opportunity if you thrive in a customer focused environment and are committed to making a difference, ensuring that every customer, from the first to the last, experiences the highest standard of service.

Your Role

As a Trade Counter Salesperson, you will often be the initial point of contact for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing product and service information to customers and offering advice Engaging in proactive selling over the phone Handling enquiries and orders with accuracy and speed, meeting customer deadlines Developing proactive trade counter promotions to drive branch growth

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

Previous customer service experience


Selling ability


Excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities


Sound organisational skills


Professional manner


Attention to detail

Desirable:

Good knowledge of computers - full training will be provided in our systems
