Duties

Greet customers courteously and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs Provide detailed product information and answer customer queries confidently Engage in effective upselling to maximise sales opportunities Maintain organised merchandising displays to attract customer attention Process transactions accurately Handle phone enquiries professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette Manage stock levels and assist with inventory organisation Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and optimise customer satisfaction

Experience

1-3 years experience in electrical wholesale industry essential; full training will be provided Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively Organisational skills to maintain a neat and efficient sales environment Time management skills to prioritise tasks during busy periods Knowledge of merchandising principles is beneficial but not mandatory Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse customers

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
