Victory Bathrooms is a bathroom supply company providing quality products to trade and retail customers across Scotland.

We currently have a position available for a Trade Counter / Showroom Sales Assistant at our bathroom supplies showroom based in West Lothian.

Duties will include:

-Welcoming customers into the showroom and building strong, long-term relationships

-Assisting trade and retail customers with bathroom product selections

-Handling sales enquiries at the trade counter, in the showroom, via email, and over the telephone

-Liaising with suppliers regarding product availability, pricing, and orders

- outbound calls to customers and clients

-Preparing quotations and offering product advice tailored to customer needs

-Generating new business through lead generation and telesales

-Processing and picking customer orders

-Maintaining showroom displays, stock control, and merchandising

-Working effectively as part of a team and independently when required

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a showroom or trade counter environment, ideally within bathroom supplies, plumbing, or the building industry, with good product knowledge or a willingness to learn.

Applicants must have excellent computer and customer service skills, with a polite, friendly, and professional manner.
