Trade Finance Consultant
Job Description
The Trade Finance Consultant is the single point of contact for the Letter of Credit and Collateral process.
- Issuance of Letter of Credit and Collateral requests.
- Well versed with Collaterals and Margin call transaction.
- Preparation of Letter of Credit requests.
- On hand knowledge of investment instrument like Hedging, Forward Contracts, FX
- Liaison with banks, brokers and underwriters.
The Candidate:
- Full knowledge of end-to-end Letter of Credit transaction.
- Understanding of insurance/re-insurance terminology and concepts.
- Experience working within the Insurance industry highly advantageous.
- An interest in using new technology as much as possible to automate and improve processes (airtable, slack).
