Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking TradeLabourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Duties

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas. Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks as required. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Operate basic machinery and tools under supervision. Participate in site preparation and clean-up activities. Carry out physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials. You will also need to help strip walls down

Requirements

Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential. Ability to perform manual tasks and lift heavy items safely. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Willingness to learn new skills and take on various responsibilities. A valid driver's licence is preferable but not mandatory. Commitment to adhering to health and safety regulations on site.
