Trade Mark Paralegal - London
A leading London-based intellectual property boutique is looking for a skilled Trade Mark Paralegal to join its collaborative and forward-thinking team.

This is a permanent position offering the opportunity to work on high-quality matters with a varied caseload and real responsibility from day one.
Responsibilities include:

  • Managing UK and EU trade mark and design filings through to registration
  • Liaising with foreign associates on international filings, objections and strategy
  • Drafting and assisting with cease and desist letters, oppositions, revocations and appeals
  • Conducting trade mark searches and preparing client reports
  • Handling renewals, recordals and licensing matters
  • Supporting anti-counterfeiting efforts and enforcement actions
  • Ensuring deadlines are accurately recorded and monitored in WebTMS
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a trade mark paralegal role, ideally within private practice
  • Strong knowledge of UKIPO and EUIPO procedures
  • Familiarity with docketing systems (WebTMS experience is a plus)
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong drafting skills
  • Confident communicator with the ability to manage a varied and deadline-driven workload
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in IP
