The Role

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Trade Marketing Executive to bring our brand stories to life. You will work at the intersection of creativity and execution -- managing trade activations, events, POS, and in-market visibility to help our brands thrive at every stage of their lifecycle. From high-energy trade events to strategic in-venue campaigns, you will be on the front line ensuring we activate with impact.

What You Will be Doing (include but not limited to):

Help deliver the annual agency volume goal through smart, strategic initiatives. Work within our master plan to ensure every activation lands on time, in budget, and to brand standards. Capture engaging imagery from activations to amplify our social storytelling. Execute campaigns with precision, collaborating with sales to meet customer needs. Build strong relationships and create unforgettable brand experiences in the trade. Manage point of sale materials: Curate and maintain a vibrant toolkit of assets to boost brand presence. Lead planning and delivery of stand-out events including tastings, trade shows, launches, and more. Deliver ROI reporting on activations and manage A&P spend. Ensure prompt and efficient processing of trade sample requests. Conduct research like price audits and gap analysis to support planning. Help host supplier visits and co-ordinate awards/competition entries.

What We Are Looking For

Previous experience in trade marketing, brand activation, or sales within the beverage/alcohol industry. A genuine passion for the on-trade scene and UK hospitality culture. Strong communicator and confident relationship builder. Data-savvy and results-driven, with a knack for stretching budgets for maximum impact. Well-organised and adaptable, ready to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced world. Creative flair, resourcefulness, and a can-do attitude.

Working Pattern

This role is 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday (09:00 - 17:30pm) but the individual must be flexible according to event and business needs.
