Job Overview


As Trade Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the high standards of Coram UK's premium showering brands--

Coram Showers

and

Impey Level Access Flooring

--are consistently upheld across all channels. You will be responsible for managing, measuring, and executing trade and brand marketing campaigns that strengthen our market presence, drive customer engagement, and support sales activation. With a strong focus on the

retail sector

, as well as

specification and contracts channels

, you will work cross-functionally to deliver insight-driven initiatives that support business growth. This role is key to aligning marketing strategy with sales objectives, delivering brand consistency and commercial impact across both digital and physical touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities



Supervise advertising, product presentation, and marketing content to ensure brand consistency Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of UK trade events (occasional attendance required) Develop and deliver internal and external marketing communications across digital and print formats Manage and maintain website content to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and optimal user experience Coordinate regular updates to online platforms to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions Proofread and review literature, communications, and promotional materials for clarity and consistency Provide trade marketing tools and sales activation strategies tailored to the

retail, specification, and contracts sectors

Work closely with internal design, product development, and commercial teams to develop campaign concepts Collaborate with external agencies and freelancers to produce creative assets within defined budgets Deliver in-house studio support including graphic design, basic photography, and videography

Experience and Skills



5+ years' experience in product marketing, trade marketing, or brand management Proven ability to manage multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept through to reporting Experience within the

bathroom, home improvement, or construction sector

is advantageous Competent in creating and managing marketing assets across print and digital media Demonstrated understanding of brand strategy, campaign planning, and execution Experience in website content management and optimisation Familiarity with digital tools and platforms including social media, email marketing, and CMS systems Excellent project and event management capabilities Skilled in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Creative Suite Effective budget management and cost control
You'll be instrumental in translating commercial strategy into trade marketing action plans, driving brand preference and accelerating sell-through across multiple channels.

Define and report on trade marketing KPIs, including campaign ROI, lead generation effectiveness, and retail engagement metrics.

Monitor category trends, competitor trade activity, and customer behaviour to inform new campaign ideas and promotional mechanics.

Experience using digital tools such as CRM systems, CMS platforms, PIM systems, and email marketing software (e.g. HubSpot, Mailchimp).
