As our new

Trade Sales Support Co-ordinator

, you'll have a major impact on helping us achieve our goal. You'll play a vital part in our Trade Support team, ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of Trade Operations. This role calls for excellent communication, first-class time management, and strong administrative skills, all aimed at supporting and boosting relationships with our Travel Agent partners.

This role will be offered as a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.

What you'll be doing:

You'll report directly to the Trade Support Manager to implement the Trade strategy for

Jet2holidays

. You'll support the Field Sales team in providing the tools and resources they need to develop sales. You'll build and maintain relationships with other departments within

Jet2holidays

to ensure operational issues are resolved. You'll deliver our industry recognised customer service to our Travel Agent partners, answering calls and adding real value to providing expert guidance to resolve queries.

You'll have excellent communication and organisational skills. You'll have the ability to plan and prioritise workload whilst working accurately and to tight deadlines. You'll have the ability to work under pressure.
