Role Overview
Reporting to the Warehouse, HSE & Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of trade counter and warehouse tasks.
Whilst supporting the trade shop, your primary role is to provide a friendly welcome to our customers, assist with any queries/collections and process shop orders/take payments. You must also ensure our Trade shop is well stocked and presentable.
As Warehouse Assistant, you will work as part of our busy team involved in picking and packing customer orders using a handheld computer and receiving and storing goods. Holiday and absence cover for the delivery driver may be required along with some ad hoc deliveries, providing you hold a full, clean driving licence, although this is not an essential requirement for the role.

Requirements
Previous trade counter and warehouse experience is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided
This is a manual role and as such a reasonable level of physical fitness is required
A full UK driving licence would be an advantage but is not essential

Terms
Salary: 26,863.20 per annum.
Hours: 40 per week, Monday to Friday.
Contract terms: Full-time, Permanent.
Probation period: 3 months.
