We're looking for a driven

Associate

to join our Brand & Legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with up to 2-3 years of experience who is ready to contribute to high-quality legal services and support a dynamic, international practice.

About the Role

As an Associate, you'll support senior attorneys and partners with legal research, document preparation, and client-related tasks. You'll play a key role in maintaining efficient legal operations and ensuring excellence in client service. You'll report directly to the Lead Senior Associate of our Core Functional Teams (CFTs) within the Brand & Legal Department.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct legal and trademark research, analyze regulations and case law, and summarize findings. Support legal database management and assist in organizing and tracking case files and deadlines. Provide administrative support, including calendar coordination and meeting scheduling. Learn and support tasks typically handled by Brand Operations Specialists. Record a minimum of 20 billable hours per week and assist in client billing. Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client and case information. Stay current on legal developments and trends through continuous learning.

What We're Looking For

Bar admission or eligibility (e.g., Juris Doctor degree). Strong legal research, analytical, and communication skills. Highly organized with excellent time management abilities. A proactive team player who can also work independently. Curious, tech-minded, and eager to grow. Committed to continuous development and professional learning.
