Requirements

At least 3 years' experience in residential/domestic work

Own tools, equipment and reliable transport

Relevant trade qualifications (e.g. CSCS, Gas Safe, NICEIC)

Public Liability Insurance (1M minimum)

CIS registered with a UTR number

Right to work in the UK

Professional, reliable and client-facing attitude
