We are a growing, friendly property maintenance and refurbishment company seeking a full-time
Trades Team Coordinator
to manage and support our team of tradespeople. Based in Dartford, the role involves coordinating day-to-day works across London and the Southeast to ensure smooth service delivery.
This is an ideal long-term position for someone who is well-organised, confident in communication, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Help build and manage a growing team of multitraders, plumbers, and other field operatives
Schedule daily jobs and monitor progress using internal systems
Liaise with suppliers (e.g. Travis Perkins, Toolstation) to organise and track material orders
Keep the job tracker up to date with status updates, notes, and completion photos
Confirm availability and job progress with team members throughout the day
Requirements
Previous experience in property maintenance, construction, or housing is essential
Strong organisational and people-management skills
Confident using phone, WhatsApp, email, and basic spreadsheet tools
Familiarity with SE London, East London, and Kent geography
Reliable, calm under pressure, and proactive in solving problems
Experience with job scheduling or booking systems
General knowledge of maintenance tools or building materials
What We Offer
